Match Report Press Report

S/Ton University 3 Lost to Riverpark I.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 3 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. The away team proved the statisticians wrong though by clinching a great win.

On paper, the number 4 string should have been the closest, with only 11 ranking points separating the two players before the match. Home advantage prevailed though, with Robert Burr winning through.

It was the number 4 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 58 Points ! Victory finally going to the Home Player, Robert Burr.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 1 string, Matthew Yates, gaining 100 Ranking Points from the match.

Player of the match must be the Away number 1 string, Matthew Yates, who over-turned a 556 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
